What forms of payment are accepted?

To secure your appointment, payments are processed via an online booking portal, with PayPal as the payment gateway. At checkout, you’ll have the flexibility to pay using your debit/credit card or your PayPal account. Once your appointment is confirmed, an invoice for your payment will be promptly emailed to you.

Can I invite a friend or partner to my reading?

To maintain a focused and tailored experience, I uphold a standard practice of conducting astrology readings one-on-one. Your session is crafted to address your specific needs, and the presence of additional participants may impact the depth of our discussion. However, with your consent, the session will be recorded, providing you the flexibility to download and share the recording at your discretion.

What should I expect during a reading?

You can expect to be treated with respect, compassion, and dignity. Your information will remain confidential and will not be shared or sold to third parties. Client names are also kept confidential.

The session will be conducted via Zoom. I will have my camera on and will share my screen to show you key parts of your charts. You can choose whether to turn your camera on or leave it off.

To get the most from your reading, please reflect on 2-3 questions you’d like insight on before our meeting. When booking, the form will ask what you hope to gain from the reading and prompt you to include any specific life topics you want to explore. Please fill out these fields so I can effectively prepare for our session.

How are readings conducted and are sessions recorded? Will I receive a copy?

Astrology readings are conducted via Zoom and will be recorded with your permission. Following the session, you’ll receive a recording link sent by germaine@germainesastrology.com within 48 hours. You’ll have 30 days to download the files.

How do I reschedule or cancel an appointment? What is your refund policy?

If you need to reschedule an appointment booked through the online booking option, you can do so online up to 24 hours before your appointment. The link to reschedule your consultation is provided in the confirmation email you received.
